The automatic horizontal wrap-around labeling machine is designed to apply partial or full wrap labels onto cylindrical containers that cannot stand on their own. It adopts horizontal transportation and labeling to enhance the stability and efficiency of the labeling operation. Its maximum production speed reaches 400 pcs/min. Coding machine and industrial inkjet printers are both optional. They can be installed on the labeling head to print the production date, batch number, bar code, and other features on the label. The coding machine can be installed on the conveyor belt to print data before or after labeling.

Photoelectric sensor:
The wrap-around labeling system is equipped with a photoelectric sensor made by Sick which features high precision and high reliability.
Coding machine:
It can print a variety of information such as batch numbers during the labeling process.
Industrial inkjet printer:
It can print various pieces of information during labeling similar to the coding machine.
Smoothing device:
It guarantees perfect adhesion of the label on the surface of container by eliminating bubbles by exerting pressure on either side of the container.
Automatic unloading system: It divides the bottle smoothly and softly to ensure a low damage rate of bottles and minimizes labor costs.
